Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy my tickets in advance?
Yes you do. We sell out most nights and to guarentee your spot in the adventure you need to purchase tickets for your entire party prior to the event night.
Can we book Santa's Christmas Adventure privately for a group?
Yes. You can inquire for private groups by emailing Ashley Long at email@example.com
How should we dress?
We are at the North Pole, so if it's a chilly night, please dress to stay warm. You can always remove a hat and gloves if your child begins to warm up. Expect temperatures to be 10-20 degrees warmer inside our attraction than the outside temperature.
I see I have a time slot, will I be rushed thru the event or can I take my time with my family?
You can only enter the attraction at or after your time slot, however, once inside, your family can stay and visit as long as you like. The attraction takes anywhere from 30 minutes-60 minutes to see and do everything!
What is timed ticketing?
Timed ticketing limits the number of tickets sold within individual time slots. This allows us to have little to no waiting inside the attraction and keeps a nice flow of families entering and touring.
What is included with a ticket?
Every ticket/passport holder will get a complimentary cup of hot cocoa, passport to collect stamps at the North Pole, entrance into the attraction, Toy testing, Snow Pit, Elf School, character interactions, a cookie from Mrs. Claus and a visit to Santa!
What is "Tea with Santa"?
"Tea with Santa" is a VIP character meet and greet with Santa, Mrs. Claus, our elves and special guests. Families will have hot tea (or cocoa) while they decorate gingerbread cookies and snack on light pastries. The tea will end with an epic elf dance party! Immediately after the tea ends, your family will enter the North Pole to Santa's Christmas Adventure. Your adventure begins at 5:30pm which will take up the first time slot of the evening
